What a journey.

280km of walking in the probably most remote area I have ever been. Being without phone connection and without access to electricity for most of the path has been an unexpected yet true blessing.

Towards the end of the physically most challenging day of the entire journey a thought came to my mind that I would like to share with you as I found it quite beautiful. It was something like:

„When it gets tough - focus on next step in front of you."

What great luck to be alive.

Sending much love

Sharing some impressions of me walking a part of the Kungsleden trail in northern Sweden from Abisko to Jäckvik.

Still quite hard to fathom the undisturbed silence of this miraculous trail. Enjoy.❤️.

Here comes the first part (more parts will follow soon):

I am wishing you all a Happy Easter and am sending much love from the countryside close to Berlin.

As the German writer Theodor Fontane wrote in the poem "Spring" about an old apple tree overcoming the winter season and continued:

„Herze wag's auch du." - "Heart be brave as well."

Even though we are already four days into the new year. I still want to wish you all a blessed and truly fulfilling new year of 2026.

May it be filled with strength, forgiveness and loving understanding.

This New Year's Eve was probably one of the quietest I have ever had and yet truly special.

Sending much love and light
