#wastefree ♻️ Reimagine a world where we are creative with what we have? Range #1 ‘dont’t throw in the towel’
POSTS STORIES REELS
WHAT. A. BUZZ. ⚡️ Who said sustainable fashion had to be boring, beige or unrefined? @new.commodity brought the energy - vibrant, unapologetic and impossible to ignore. ✨ What was once considered waste. No value. Bin-bound.
Now? Reimagined. Revived. Reworked. Reborn. Honouring where it came from, while absolutely smashing its way into the future. Because waste isn’t the end of the story - sometimes it’s where the best ones begin. 🔥 Massive love to @melaniesramekbennett for bringing the wheels 🛼, @malcolm.tam for capturing the magic , @brightonunwrapped for the vids and @rubymhanks for being my ride-or-die sidekick for the day. 🖤 To everyone who stopped, chatted, connected and shared their incredible threads, THANK YOU. And a special shoutout to @flamingo.rodeo for the banging capelet. 🦩 So many incredible looks. So much creativity. So much proof that the future of fashion is anything but boring. Big love to @brightonfashioncollective for creating the space and to the @brighton_dome for hosting us. All via the fabulous work of @sustainablefashionweek_uk Sustainable. Experimental. Rebellious. Full of life. This is the future of fashion. ♻️🔥 by @new.commodity

New colours… In love with this tobacco paper backdrop paired with a beautiful mix of blue hues. What was once considered textile waste has been transformed into something beautiful, meaningful, and worthy of gifting. Sometimes, all we need is to look at things through a different lens. To see potential where others see waste, beauty where others see scraps, and possibilities where others see the end. So, before we reach for the bin, let’s pause and ask ourselves: “What else could this become?” Because sometimes, the most beautiful creations begin with what we almost threw away. by @new.commodity

Verdant Tide Earthy elegance meets effortless sophistication. Verdant Tide brings a refined twist to repurposed textiles, transforming the familiar comfort of reclaimed towels into a beautifully engineered stripe with depth, texture and character. Inside, a luxurious beige striped deadstock cotton lining adds a touch of understated elegance, while the rare moss-green martial arts belt strap brings its own story, with a hand-stitched feel that makes this piece all the more special. Thoughtfully repurposed, rich in texture and grounded in nature, Verdant Tide proves that sustainable design can be every bit as sophisticated as it is distinctive. A little wild. A little refined.
