Another build in the books — literally! 📖🏁

We just wrapped up another serious build here at New Chapter Garage, installing Kooks headers, a Summit Racing SFI-approved balancer, and an A&A Supercharger.

We all know how important proper documentation is when modifying a vehicle. That’s why we go the extra mile for our customers.

Every performance build we complete comes with a detailed build sheet documenting the work performed and the information needed to maintain and service the vehicle properly, including:

🔧 Complete parts list
💉 Injector data
💻 Tune file information
📊 Final HP Tuners log
📝 Important setup and calibration information
🔍 Details on the work performed

And a big thank you to Lando Tuned for the remote calibration on this one!

When the customer picks up their vehicle, we don't just hand them the keys and send them on their way. We take the time to go through everything we installed, explain how the system works, discuss proper care and maintenance, and make sure they understand their newly modified vehicle.

Performance is more than just making power. It's about doing the job right, documenting it properly, and giving the customer the knowledge to take care of it.

2005 CALLAWAY CORVETTE — BUILD COMPLETE! 🏁

This one has been a long time coming!

Our customer has had this Corvette back on the road for the past few months, putting some break-in miles on its freshly rebuilt LS2. But of course, we weren’t going to leave it completely stock. 😎

We upgraded the combination with:

🔧 Forged DSS Pistons
🔧 DSS H-Beam Connecting Rods
🔧 Cammotions Stage 1 Camshaft
🔧 PRC Stage 2 CNC-Ported Cylinder Heads
🔧 Upgraded Valve Springs
🔧 Complete machine work & balancing by Mike & Sons Machine Shop

We also sent the Magnuson/Eaton MP112 out to Supercharger Online for a complete rebuild and freshened-up supercharger assembly.

Today was finally DYNO DAY! 📈🔥

Our friends at Southwest Speed in Albuquerque, New Mexico handled the tuning and dyno session.

The final numbers came in a little short of what we were hoping for, but the dyno told us something very important: this combination is moving a LOT of air.

With the additional airflow from the ported heads and upgraded combination, this Corvette is ready for the next step — either a smaller supercharger pulley or eventually stepping up to a larger supercharger.

But the real star of the dyno sheet?

🔥 THE TORQUE CURVE.

This thing produced an incredibly broad and flat torque curve from approximately 2,500 RPM all the way to redline.

Combine that kind of power delivery with how light these Corvettes are, and you have one seriously fun car to drive. 🏁
