I only went in for a look… 👀🤍

A recent visit to The Range in Carlow and I honestly hadn’t realised how lovely the homeware was!

The soft sage greens, striped vases, neutral plant pots and wooden candle holders… so many pieces I could picture in my own home. Lovely little touches to freshen up a shelf or style a quiet corner.

I’ve rounded up some of my favourites in this reel. Come browse with me 🛒✨

Which piece would you bring home? 👇 Save this for your next homeware browse!

I’m a sunbed snob and I’m not even sorry 😂🙋🏼‍♀️

I check the sunbeds before I check the rooms 👀

Anyone else… or am I just high maintenance? 😂👇 by @newdawn_house_

Truthfully, I chose Salou for my parents—not for me. 🙈

A short flight, flat boardwalks and promenade, a hotel that had two separate rooms available, plus an excellent rate—commission back because I booked through my own business @_house_of_travel

But Salou completely surprised me: beautiful beaches, gorgeous walks, lazy pool days, coffee stops and unforgettable sunsets. ☀️

I take it all back—you’ve won me over. 🤍

Have you ever judged a destination before you arrived?

💥This holiday felt different…

I started a new plan just two weeks before coming away, and for once, I didn’t press pause on myself the minute I reached the airport.

I didn’t come here to diet—and I absolutely enjoyed myself. These five non-negotiables simply helped me feel good without the guilt or the dreaded “I’ll start again Monday.”

I know this won’t suit everyone. I’m not travelling with young children, and my mornings are my own. This is simply what worked for me.

Would this help you enjoy your holiday—or completely ruin it?

Structure or full holiday mode? Be honest! 👇
Or maybe 50/50 ..

This may ruffle a few feathers…

For six years, I’ve genuinely loved cheering on new businesses, fitness journeys, new homes and new chapters.

But are we sometimes quicker to support celebrities than people we actually know who are trying to build something?

To the same small handful who always show up—I see you. 🤍

Nobody owes anyone engagement, but shouldn’t support flow both ways?

Agree or disagree? Give me the honest answers—the good, the bad and the uncomfortable. 👇

🤍Gratitude post 🤍

Yesterday I posted about the hotel I was staying in.

Truthfully, I hated it.

It was small, tired, noisy and not somewhere I wanted to be.

But this morning, while I was out on my run, I started thinking…

How lucky am I really?

I had a roof over my head.
A clean bed to sleep in.
Running water.
Air conditioning.
Food in my stomach.
A safe place to lay my head for the night.

There are people in the world who would give anything for those simple things.

It’s funny how quickly we focus on what isn’t perfect and forget to appreciate what we already have.

So today I’m choosing gratitude.

Not because everything is perfect.
Not because I suddenly love the hotel.

But because I have more than enough.

A healthy body that can run.
Legs that can carry me.
Work that allows me to travel.
Food on my plate.
And people I love waiting for me at home.

Perspective changes everything.

Today I am grateful. 💛

Best of May 💫
A month full of special moments, sunshine, and a few sore heads ☀️🥂

✨ We celebrated Finn’s very first birthday — the most precious milestone and an honour to host 💙

✨ I ran my first 5K in over five years… what a feeling to be back moving and smiling after! Thanks to @mary_ann_molloy and @reginabrennanmoran for dragging me around @stoney10k

✨ Escaped to Estepona for six dreamy nights — sun, sea, laughs, and the best company @bee.gee.7370013 🏖️. All booked through my own travel platform @_house_of_travel . Saving me lots #meliahotels

✨ Enjoyed a work evening meeting in Dublin celebrating @jogs_ireland with the best teams @artaneng . Love my job ❤️

✨ Lunches in my favourite little spot,@. @arankilkenny never disappoint 🥗with some of the best 🫶🏻

✨ Took time for yoga @wellfestirl and supported @yogalenaoise on the main stage . What a day . Also had my first breathwork class with Michelle @michelle_takeabreath — grounding, healing, and it was so powerful.

✨ Said goodbye to my fab cousin Ben as headed off to the Lebanon. He left us all with a hug, a great night out memory, and a serious hangover 🫠❤️

Here’s to more moments like these. Grateful for it all 💫

“Hi, I’m Niamh!

I have had a little flurry of new followers over the past few weeks 🫶🏻 Let me introduce myself and reintroduce to those of you who are here from the start . I appreciate you all ..

This page was set up as new home reno however there is a lot more going on behind closed doors😉

Working in healthcare has always been a big part of my life, but my passions extend far beyond my career. I’m all about travel, fitness , retreats, hiking, and, of course, quality time with my dog phoebe …

I also have a love for meeting new people, building meaningful connections, and creating a supportive community around me.

Another passion of mine and most people is travel and discovering new places and cultures. This lead me to setting up my own travel business @_house_of_travel 2 years ago—to bring my passions to life and surround myself with inspiring, driven people.

I have now built a solid team of other agents and set them up in business .

If this sounds interesting to you why not DM me today, tomorrow or next year …

Don’t miss that plane ✈️

🧚I wouldn’t recommend the second half of 2025 to a friend ….
Unless you didn’t swipe right 😉

Context is everything 😌
Swipe before judging

Would you swipe right or judge ??? 🤣

Throwback to 2016, if 2026 is half as good then we are winning in life ❤️

2016 - the year of Dublin City Marathon, many vacations, good friendships, lots of nights out ( never broke a bone ) ripped jeans ( yuk ) concerts .

Most importantly a beautiful smile and memories made for life ❤️

2026 loading …………….

“Growth is weird , one day something fits and the next, it doesn’t anymore. That’s exactly where I’m at with this page… but instead of holding back, I’m leaning in. Home was just the start—now, it’s about life, travel, and well-being.

Tomorrow, I’m sharing something new. Stay tuned. 👀✨
