Construction Update 🚧

We wanted to share a little update on the progress of our new unit!

As you can see from the walkthrough, we’ve come a long way. A huge amount of the heavy construction work is now complete, and we’re moving into the exciting final stages where everything starts to come together.

An incredible amount of thought, planning, and craftsmanship has gone into this build. Seeing the transformation from what the space once was to what it’s becoming has been amazing, and we’re so proud of the quality that’s gone into every detail.

The lads at @c11recovery have been working incredibly hard to bring our vision for the recovery suite to life, and we genuinely can’t wait to reveal the finished result.

Finally, we just want to say a massive thank you for all the early interest and support. The response so far has been incredible, and we’re so excited to welcome you through the doors when everything is complete.

In August 2026, New Era Health & Performance will open its doors with a vision to redefine what health and performance looks like. We’ve brought world class testing, treatment and recovery together in one purpose built facility, creating a new standard of care for every individual who walks through our doors.

Every service has been designed to work together, delivering expert care, measurable results and a seamless experience from start to finish.

This is more than a clinic. It’s a new approach to health, recovery and performance. Whether you’re an elite athlete, an active individual or simply looking to feel and perform at your best, New Era is built for you.

✨ This is something completely new, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

So happy to announce Health Matters is expanding.

From Aug 2026 we will be going north side to work alongside Graham and Alan and their team @newera.hp

This is a very exciting opportunity and one that promises to deliver an unbelievable service.

Our sauna and cold plunge area is well underway, our physiotherapy treatment rooms are coming together, and every detail is being carefully designed to create a space that delivers the highest standard of care and performance. ✨

Introducing New Era Health & Performance

This is something we have been talking about for years, and planning for months. Finally it is getting close enough that we can announce it 🙌🏼

A new approach to health, recovery and performance in Dublin 15 📍

We believe performance, recovery from injury and long-term health all work together, and our new space will be across three floors, with areas that support every aspect of that process ✅
