POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Give me a lever long enough, and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the World.” -Archimedes, Greek mathematician

The NGK intermediate kids class, is working on their Judo / Jiu Jitsu hip throws. Those are techniques which allow you to lift, and slam, a larger, heavier opponent. There’s a lot of technique and skill involved. So it’s important that we start slowly, and methodically. It’s just as important that we understand the science behind LEVERAGE… and how we can use that to our advantage. Especially, when it counts the most, as it does in self defense.
