One day in 2010 you are trying a game on the PS3 with the protagonist modeled after Jack Black and 13 years later you are hugging that man himself while doing his cosplay, is this the so called "Butterfly effect"?

I have no words to describe how happy I am at the moment to finally have the chance to meet JB, he's really a wonderful person with a contagious smile.

The concert was AWESOME, one of the best experiences I have ever had, sunburn aside.

Un giorno del 2010 stai provando un gioco sulla PS3 col protagonista modellato su Jack Black, e 13 anni dopo abbracci il suddetto facendo il cosplay di quel personaggio citato poco fa, è questo che chiamano "effetto farfalla?"

Non ho parole per descrivere quanto sono felice di aver finalmente avuto la chance di incontrare JB, è una persona meravigliosa e dal sorriso contagioso.

Il concerto è stato MERAVIGLIOSO, scottature a parte.

Volevo ringraziare tutte le persone che mi hanno supportato durante la giornata, tutti gli amici che mi hanno fatto compagnia in coda, ma soprattutto @vertigo.co.it per aver sopportato le mie mille richieste e aver reso questa cosa possibile, avete trasformato un semplice concerto nella giornata più bella della mia vita.

Today I’m doing this post for the version of me who, back in September 2015, heard Nippon Manju for the first time and discovered @ladybeard_japan who would become a huge source of inspiration, joking that “when I grow up” I wanted to be like that.

I just wanted to tell the Ema from 11 years ago that they managed to say it.
Crying, but they did it.

I also managed to become someone who doesn’t care too much about other people’s opinions and does what feels right—but today, what matters is something else entirely.

Happy Dorohedoro Season 2!

I’ve been waiting for this like people wait for Christmas. I’m not a big fan of the animation style they chose (though I know it’s not easy to do justice to Q Hayashida’s art), but the first three episodes were still very enjoyable. I was worried they might mess up a certain Kaiman scene in episode three, but they actually nailed it.

Now I’m eagerly waiting for the rest (of the series... And of the cosplay 👀) ✨
