Our new identity for @nycchildrenstheater turns the act of writing into a theatrical gesture. A custom typographic system transforms letters into spotlights, stairways, keyholes, and other abstract forms, allowing the identity to emerge directly from language. The system flexes with its audience—energetic and expressive in one moment, calm and collected the next—creating a distinctive voice that can shift and grow alongside the young minds New York City Children’s Theater serves. A huge thank you to the @nycchildrenstheater team for collaborating with us on this exciting new chapter! 🎭 Creative Direction: Dave Yun @fka.snax Design: @andrew_lliu by @newinfo.studio
We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level freelance designers to support our Brooklyn-based studio. They will help shape brand and digital projects for arts & culture institutions, foundations, mission-driven organizations, and corporate clients through strong typographic sensibility, thoughtful systems thinking, and a rigorous attention to detail. Fluency in InDesign and Figma is essential; experience in arts, culture, design, or adjacent fields is a major plus. We anticipate a minimum commitment of three days per week. This role is flexible and remote-friendly, though in-person collaboration in Brooklyn once a week is preferred. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. To apply, send the following materials in PDF format: a brief cover letter, resumé, three professional references and a portfolio to jobs@newinfo.studio. by @newinfo.studio

For @atrbute’s Curated Issue 2, we expanded on our magazine concept to cover a dazzling survey of commercial artists from around the globe, defining a visual landscape of commercial work across the fields of photography, illustration, and generative artworks. As with Issue 1, a color spectrum across pages speaks to both the diversity and unity of the artists with each page threaded together in a rainbow. The silkscreened transparent sleeve highlights the artists’ names, creating a tactile experience for readers. Thank you to @curbed for shouting out the archive at @vowels.official in the article “The Design Libraries Tucked Into Japanese Denim Stores and Home-Goods Shops” 👖 We collaborated on strategy, visitor experience, and art direction for the space alongside @nilegreenberg / @abelnilenewyork . Every detail was designed to support @vowels.official ongoing dialogue between garments and the archive behind them. Head to Vowels to browse the archive of books on design, photography, architecture, and more.  Special thanks to @hayleychampoux and @yukiyagii. Our identity and website design for @skowheganart speaks to the School’s rich legacy while making space for future artist stories. The playfully tilted logo embraces the concept of being “in progress” while learning, pointing to the vast perspectives and alternative modes of learning offered at the School by artists and residents, and how those perspectives alter the future of artmaking. With just one shift, perspectives can change.  A huge thank you to Skowhegan for collaborating with us on this exciting launch!
