You may not know it, but you’re reciting a mantra all day. You just have to tune into it — and you can do that at our 9/25 concert and soundbath celebrating the Life Is a Strange Loop LP 🌊🔁🛸 ticket link in bio

Self appreciation post: Happy 3 years sober to me! 🎂 🧚‍♀️ 🌺 I have grown so much over the past three years-I’ve made dope costumes and art, am in massage therapy school, deepened my healing practice and just like been a person.
I lost the two most important men in my life last year. The love of my life, Joey, who lost his battle with addiction ❤️ and my grandpa, Danny ❤️ Their deaths devastated me, but I remain a person of faith and love. Bless y’all! ✌️😘💜💃 by @neworeens
