!["Yet [in spite of the threats] they 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 ceased for a 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦 day, both in the temple area & at home, to 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 & to 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦 the good news [Gospel] of 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼 [as] the 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽 [the Messiah]."
— Acts 5:42
◽ Had you asked 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 of those disciples what he 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝,
⤷ he would have replied, "𝓘 𝓫𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓮𝓿𝓮 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽".
◽ If you had requested him to show you his body of Divinity [𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 of faith],
⤷ he would have pointed upward, reminding you that Divinity 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 had but 𝘰𝘯𝘦 body, the suffering & crucified human frame of 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽, Who ascended up on high. (...)
I am 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 ashamed to avow myself a Calvinist, (...). I do not hesitate to take the name of Baptist. (...)
◽ But if I am asked to say what is my 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝,
⤷ I think I 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 reply: "𝓘𝓽 𝓲𝓼 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽". (...)
◽The 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 of Divinity to which I would pin & bind myself 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳, God helping me,
is not his [Dr. Gill's] system of Divinity or 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 human treatise,
⤷ but 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼,
▹ Who is the sum & substance of the gospel;
▹ Who is in Himself 𝘢𝘭𝘭 theology,
▹ the incarnation of 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 precious truth,
▹ the 𝘢𝘭𝘭-𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 personal embodiment of the way, the truth, & the life. (...)
We 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 not 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 have Him for the Priest, but we 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 have Him for
▹ the altar,
▹ the victim,
▹ & the offerer too.
We 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 learn in 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 the meaning of that precious text,
"𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽 𝓲𝓼 𝓪𝓵𝓵".
— Colossians 3:11 (...)

𝘐𝘧 we have the 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 of Christ
we shall work 𝘢𝘴 He worked;
we shall catch the 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 ideas of the Man of Nazareth & present them to the people.
𝘐𝘧, in the place of 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭 professors & 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 ministers,
we were 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘥 followers of Christ
we would 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 the Truth with 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 meekness & fervor,
& would 𝘴𝘰 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 it in our lives,
that the world would not be 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 questioning whether we 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 what we 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬.
The message borne in the 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 of Christ, with the worth of souls 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 before us,
would win even from worldlings the decision:
“They are 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 Jesus.”
