All the feels reminiscing on our first community hike in Dallas 🥾🫶🏽We kicked off the morning with a mini mobility workshop led by @bodyworkbyzay fueled up with refreshing juice from The Gem Juice Bar Dallas, and snacked our way through the hike. This morning I was thinking of how grateful I am self-love events have grown 6 months, I am always so full from building these ideas from the ground up & meeting new friends at our events!!
