Happy fall!

In true back to school fashion, we thought we could answer a quick question.

Our providers use their go bags to provide rapid response from side of stage. Every go bag will look a little different, but our physio Kathryn previously on #ScarletLady is giving us a run down of what she brings into the wings!

We are so excited to introduce Liz!

We say introduce, but Liz is known and loved across the #VirginVoyages fleet. She is incredible at what she does both in and out of venue.

Thanks for being a part of our team, Liz!

Our amazing therapist Katie on board #ScarletLady shows us how she’s adapted to rocky sea days 🌊🌊

Working in a ship means modifying some of our techniques, just as our performers may need to modify tracks due to ocean conditions.

Thanks, Katie!

Did you know that losing just 1–2% of your body weight in fluid can noticeably lower your physical endurance, spike your core temperature, and cause your heart rate to rise faster during exercise?

When your body is fighting dehydration, your usual rehearsal or performance feels significantly harder than it should.

📲 Save the infographic above to keep this complete hydration guide ready for your next show! It breaks down daily baseline needs, pre/post-show timing, and critical emergency action steps for heat illness.

What’s your biggest obstacle when it comes to drinking enough water during long rehearsals and double show days? Let us know below! 💧

We’ve learned a thing or two in our time on board!

Unique circumstances call for unique solutions. Sometimes, a bandage alone isn’t enough! Especially when you hang upside down for a living.

What other circus situations would you like us to solve?
