Happy Birthday to our one and only @tinacavicchio
Today we don’t just celebrate your birthday — we celebrate you, your incredible vision, and the 7 amazing years of Next Level Fusion Dance Company that you’ve built from the ground up. You poured your heart, sweat, and soul into this. You believed in us, protected us, and created a space where we all feel seen, heard, respected, valued and supported.
Every season, we witness the growth, the grind, and the LEVEL UP.

Cheers to your accomplishments and the growth that’s still to come. We are so proud to stand with you. Come celebrate with us our Freak Show Debut!

Amazing video shot and created by @daddy.yosi 😭
Happy women’s Day to all my Femmes ♥️
Idea: Tina talking about what inspired her to create the Femme Team. Check out our Femme AF team’s choreography over the seasons and how we express our Femme sides. Dancers, how have you explored gender in dance?

Meet Juju! 🪩🔥

Juju is one of the people who keeps Next Level’s energy alive. As our resident hype woman, she leads animations and helps the team find those intuitive movements we call Grooves.

Whether she’s getting the room moving, boosting team morale, or helping us connect to the music, Juju brings the energy! ❤️‍🔥

Every team needs a hype queen. We’re lucky to have ours. 🫶🏾

MEET JEZ 🪩

Jez has been part of Next Level for 3 seasons as our Company Costume Designer.
@inamuragirl @queerbuilds
Working closely with @tinacavicchio Tina, Jez helps bring each season’s costume vision to life — from concept and mood boards to styling, alterations, workshops, and even guided thrift shopping.

But the job is about so much more than creating a cohesive look. With 50+ members, Jez works one-on-one and in groups to make sure everyone feels supported in finding something that fits their style, energy, function, personal identity, and preferred presentation.

At Next Level, there is never a set costume for any given gender.

Accessibility, self-expression, and celebrating each person’s authentic self are fundamental to what Jez does — and to what Next Level stands for. ❤️

This is another side of Next Level you might not see on the dance floor.

Meet Amanda (She/Hers) !🩰
Amanda has been part of Next Level since the very beginning — all 8 seasons! ❤️

Amanda supports our choreography and formations — helping us clean, organize, and bring our dancers together during practice.

She also contributes to Next Level company-wide technique training across ballet, contemporary, rumba, social dance, and more.

One of the things that makes Next Level special is how much knowledge and talent exists within our own community — and how we share it with each other. ❤️

If growth is your goal, that’s our priority.

Meet J! 🪩

J has been part of Next Level for three years, first as a dancer and now as our On-Site Event Coordinator & Volunteer Coordinator.

They help bring our community events to life — from connecting with mission-aligned vendors to creating opportunities for our amazing volunteers to come together and make our events successful.

Our volunteers are truly vital to our community. ❤️

This is Next Level: so many talented people contributing in so many different ways.

Thank you, J, for everything you bring to our family! 🫶
