Beginning Jazz Technique
📅 Every Tuesday 5:30pm
📍 @cultureshock.trainingacademy
.
.
In this class we will be working through different Jazz combos with beginner technique. Some weeks we will slow it down and some weeks will be a push with quick choreo.
ALL combos will have footwork, arm work, turns, kicks, Jazz body movement, and jumps within them.
Modifications are given for anyone who asks. 🫶🏼
.
.
.
We will be doing Round✌🏼 of this combo, next week 8/12.
.
Don’t be shy, if you’ve wanted to take class, take that leap & jump right in to join us, we all just want to dance & grow together

Here are some releve exercises that I love to use to warm up our feet before slapping those heels on. 👠

Even if you are not a heels dancer, you can use these exercises to strengthen your feet, ankles, and work on your balance.

FEEL THAT BURN IN YOUR CALVES BABY? That’s your muscles growinnnnnggggg 🌱
