Hey you lot💜

Some of you have been with me for a while, and some of you are new, so I wanted to reintroduce myself and share the why behind what I do.

I don’t show up online to just post random content.
I show up to pour.
And the cup I pour from?

It’s been redeemed.

God rebuilt my life.

He restored me, refined me, and filled the broken places with grace, purpose, and peace.

So when you hear me talk about faith, growth, or purpose, know this:
I’m not pouring from perfection - I’m pouring from redemption💜

To my day ones - thank you for rocking with me.
And to those who are new - welcome🤗. I’m really glad you’re here!

I’m a living testimony that God restores💜

I’ve walked through seasons where I felt broken. I’ve carried the weight of shame, fear, and disappointment. I’ve questioned the process, wondering if things would ever come together.

But God… 🙌🏽

He took what was shattered and made it whole. He took what I thought was lost and restored it better than before. He refined me - not to punish me, but to prepare me.

So if you’re in a season of waiting, of breaking, of refining - hold on. God isn’t done. What He restores, He restores completely. And what’s coming next will be worth it.

Drop a 🙌🏽 if you know that God is a restorer!

I've had my share of poor decision-making, making choices that have caused pain, heartache, and disappointment. But I've learned that making a bad choice doesn't always mean you're a bad person even though the guilt and shame can have you thinking otherwise. I've been there...and this weekend was a reminder to never look back and keep pushing forward....be encouraged, and have a great week💜 by @nextlevelnic_

I heard it’s hard out here right now.

Not that life is ever easy, but for a lot of people, these times feel extraordinarily hard.

And I legit find myself wondering sometimes… how do people do life without God?

I can’t imagine trying to navigate this life without Him. Without His wisdom. Without being able to talk to Him. Without knowing where to run when I don’t know what to do.

And what’s crazy is… I tried. 😂

There was a time when I really thought I knew better. Thought I could figure it out. Thought I could carry it.

I am so grateful for His grace🙏🏽

Grateful that now I know where my help comes from.

But then I think about the people who don’t know Jesus. Like, for real for real…

When everything around you is shaking…
when the plan changes…
when people disappoint you…
when your own strength isn’t enough…

What are you putting your hope in?

Because your anchor matters.

And because I love you, I want you to know about the firm foundation I found☺️

His name is Jesus💜

He has been steady when I wasn’t.
Faithful when I couldn’t see what He was doing.
Present when life didn’t make sense.

And the longer I walk with Him, the more grateful I am that I stopped trying to be my own foundation.

I’ve never been more glad that I put my faith in Jesus.

He has never let me down🙌🏽

💜 We all need reminders.

Before we look at what “they” need to do differently, it’s worth asking:

What’s mine?
What do I need to own, change, or grow in?

So… how DO you spell W.I.F.E.? 👀💜

I don’t think it’s a formula.
I think it’s a conversation.

A conversation about God’s Design…what He intended.

Our Formation…what He’s revealing, healing, strengthening, and forming in each of us.

And Our Choosing…the everyday decisions through which we live covenant out.

I don’t have all the answers.
I’m still learning too.

But I know where I want us to keep returning💜

God is the Designer. His Word is our blueprint. His Spirit is our guide. His way is better.

So pull up a chair, sis 🥰
We have some things to talk about. 😂💜

We came to Bermuda ready to grow, connect, and experience something unforgettable. From powerful mastermind sessions to breathtaking moments across the island, the NLSA family left refreshed, inspired, and ready for the next level.

There’s something powerful about a couple that can build together, grow together, and use what they’ve learned along the way to help elevate others.

This is what the NLSA Bermuda Mastermind is about. Getting in the room, having the conversations, gaining the strategy, and being surrounded by people who challenge you to go to your next level.

Happy 17th Birthday, CJ 🏀💜😘

It feels like yesterday you were the little boy who fit perfectly in my arms. Today, you’re standing taller than me, chasing big dreams, working hard, and becoming a young man of character, discipline, and faith.

Being your mom is my biggest flex 💪🏽

I’m so proud of you Ceej…
I’m proud of the athlete you are.
I’m proud of the leader you’re becoming.
But more than anything, I’m proud of your heart 💜

Never forget who you are.
Never forget whose you are.

My prayer is that this year brings more wisdom, courage to pursue God’s purpose, favor wherever you go, and joy in every season. Continue to walk confidently in the gifts God placed inside of you, knowing He has plans for your life that are greater than you can imagine.

No matter how tall you get or how far life takes you, you’ll always be my baby boy… my son shine😘
