Developing fundamentally sound mechanics can come at any age.

Yes, the athlete needs to be a natural thrower. But actually teaching and training a 7 year old (in this video) to throw properly is achievable with the right training and instruction from someone who knows how and what to communicate the right information to someone at a young age.

If you’re starting out your training with someone who doesn’t teach fundamentally sound mechanics, your son or daughter is literally going to have to start over from square one when they finally get in front of somebody who knows what they’re doing.

Any dude with a bunch of cones and hurdles can teach quarterback drills. But not just anyone can teach proper mechanics.

Sunday Group Training heads back to Niles, IL this Sunday, September 27 from 9:30 AM until 11 AM at @ndcp_dons_football.

This training is for QB’s & WR’s of all age levels, all skill levels and both boys & girls.
