I don’t play by the usual playbook. In fact, my approach to business growth doesn’t fit into a standard mold.

Working with me doesn’t mean being chained to a screen, a pen, a pad, or filling out cookie-cutter worksheets.

It is about designing an environment where you truly thrive.

If that means stepping outside into the fresh air with a coffee to unlock your next big idea, that is exactly what we will do.

If you are ready to elevate your business, let’s begin the journey.

True relationship-building is intentional. It means taking the time to connect with people one-on-one, moving past standard pleasantries and polite hellos. This dedication is the foundation of a trustworthy business. At the end of the day, people do business with people they trust. by @nextleveltosuccess

Always a great morning when I get to connect with my @arcadiachamber community! Today’s Rise & Shine Networking Breakfast was hosted at the beautiful @santaanitapark, and it was the perfect way to kick off the day.

There is nothing better than bringing local businesses together to network, collaborate, and build lasting professional relationships. Looking forward to watching these new connections grow! by @nextleveltosuccess

Are you meant for more?

Do you want a stronger stage presence or sharper networking skills? Are you ready to build a pitch that is unlike any other?

Maybe you want to transition from a boss to a true leader, build a more productive team, or invest in executive training? Or perhaps you’ve thought about becoming a consultant, or if you already are one, you’re ready to tighten your programs and scale your offerings?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I can help.

Let’s close out Q4 with a powerful game plan for 2027.

Stop postponing your power.

You can’t just wish and dream your way to a better business and life. To get different results, you have to do something different. Stagnancy is a choice. Real growth happens the exact moment you get so entirely fed up with where you are that you finally decide to change it.

Yes, it’s uncomfortable.

Yes, it’s scary.

But it’s also exhilarating.

So, let me ask you: How fed up are you? by @nextleveltosuccess

Most people only post their wins. But in the real world, we all experience struggles, setbacks, and doubts.

At 57, my body has taken a hard hit from hormonal changes over the last couple of years. I’ve realized that being the best version of myself isn’t just about being a good businesswoman, it’s about working on every single aspect of my life. And frankly? It is incredibly hard at times.

I don’t want to curate a perfect life online. I want to share the struggles, too, so anyone else going through it knows they aren’t alone. Today was a tough day on my journey to rebuild and strengthen my body. But as my shirt says: “Those at the top of the mountain don’t fall there.”

They climb. They sweat. They fall. And they never give up. Keep climbing. by @nextleveltosuccess

Round 2

I’m excited to announce the next experience in The Release Room series. This time, a full Masterclass workshop designed to take us even deeper. This session is held on November 10th, and is a 3‑hour immersive workshop from 5 PM–8 PM, with guided exercises and hands‑on activities. @arcadiachamber

It is casual attire, light drinks and snacks, networking, real conversations, honest self-work, great energy, and designed as a soft, intentional space for reflection, release, and realignment.

You will have room to breathe, think, and connect with others who are also ready to rise without rushing.

I hope you can join us.
