A degree was never really about education, it was about proving to an employer that you could follow instructions for four years without quitting 👀

That signal matters a lot less now when you can show someone a portfolio, a client result, or a business you built and they can see exactly what you’re capable of.

Taking on every client, wearing every hat, discounting just to close something, and not knowing which service actually makes you money is just running a very stressful hobby 😭

The difference between a successful agency and a struggling one isn’t talent, it’s the decisions made before the client even signs.

The Samsung fridge made S tier and the Sony FX3 got B tier and I will not be taking questions 😭

The ARRI Alexa got F tier for personal reasons.

Someone ran Minecraft inside Elden Ring from their bedroom in a few weeks using AI and I genuinely don’t know what to do with that information 😭

Like software engineers spent years learning to build what AI is now generating in hours, and we’re barely in the early stages of this thing. Nobody actually knows where the ceiling is yet.

Posting without a strategy, saying you’ll start next month, and thinking your product sells itself are three ways to make sure nobody ever finds you 😭

The businesses actually winning right now respond to DMs within the hour, track their cost per lead, and treat marketing like a system not an afterthought.

Not all ad platforms are built the same and running the wrong one for your business is just lighting money on fire 🔥

Facebook for local targeting, Google for people ready to book right now, TikTok if you want reach without spending a fortune, LinkedIn if you’re B2B, and YouTube if your creative is actually good. X and Snapchat can wait.

Be honest with yourself about whether the people around you are actually building something or just really good at talking about it 👀

Energy is contagious and so is complacency, so the circle you keep right now is either pulling you forward or it isn’t.

I answered messages at midnight, redid the work three times for free, said yes to everything, and they still left saying it wasn’t enough 😭

That client taught me more about running a business than any course I’ve ever paid for.

You’re not losing your job to AI, you’re losing it to the person who figured out how to use AI faster than you did 🤝

The judgment, the relationships, the ability to actually read what someone needs before they say it out loud, that stuff isn’t going anywhere. Master the tools and keep the human part and you’ll be fine.

Someone with half your experience and none of your credentials is going to outperform you this year simply because they started and you didn’t 👀

The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn’t talent, it’s the six months you spent waiting for the right time.

Nobody talks about this but the people making the fastest progress are rarely the ones working the longest hours 👀

Pick the three things that actually move the needle and go stupid hard on those. Everything else is just being busy.
