We’re back at Nexus Cafe this Friday!

Join writer Rupinder Kaur Waraich for a poetry workshop exploring the themes of her latest poetry collection, ‘Tigress with Wings’, focusing on girlhood, womanhood and everything in between, followed by a Q&A with Raveena. Another wholesome evening of music, spoken word, open mic, food & hot drinks.

The last event is yet to be recapped, but the emotions and connections from that rainy evening in November haven’t left us. Super proud to have found a small slice of community here in Birmingham ♥️

Some snippets of the last event at @nexus.cafe_ , and the Q&A we did at @theheathbookshop a couple weeks ago 💫
