This July and early August, I’m hosting a freediving retreat in my favourite place on Earth, Menorca. Expect sun, salt, and soft Mediterranean rhythms. Over the course of five consecutive weeks, I’ll be teaching the fundamentals of freediving through five-day modules designed for certification.

You’re welcome to join for a single week, several, or just five focused days.

Four of the weeks will be land-based, with authentic Minorcan house 🏡 near the sea. One special week will take place aboard a sailing boat⛵, a liveaboard adventure co-hosted with @julien_moreau_eco_aventurier, with @romainbraun_ assisting throughout the retreat.

During the retreat, you’ll learn: 🤿 Breath-holding for 2 minutes or more 🌊 Comfortable diving to depths of up to 20 meters 🫁 Deep relaxation + nervous system regulation 🗺️ Exploration of Menorca’s underwater paradise: caves, tunnels, and sea life :)

Whether you’re just starting out, already experienced, or simply looking for a reset, all levels are welcome. I’m currently gathering interest to keep the group small and the experience personal.
