5:00 AM: Emails and social replies
6:00 AM: I prepare breakfast for kids and lunch boxes
7:00 i Cross-town school run across Montreal—one near Westmount, one by the river in opposite directions Then?
8:00 am swimming
9:30 am Straight into operations, team meetings, dentist partnerships,

5:00 pm I pickups, swim club, soccer practice, cooking & dining time kids showers time

7:30-9:00 I supervise kids homeworks
9:00 I put them to bed
9:30-10:30 me time at pool again

11:00 to 1:00 AM: Business chat with papa Jean.

People say building an empire takes everything you have, and they aren’t wrong. When your schedule looks like a military operation, it’s easy to let your own needs slip.

But I made a non-negotiable choice: my health.

I only recently learned how to swim as an adult. Even with a brief pause in the pool these past couple of weeks, carving out cardio isn't’a luxury—it’s the only way to keep the engine running through the chaos.

to the relentless grind, and to remembering we have to take care of ourselves while building the dream.

I have fulltime helper 40 -45hours. Still I run marathon to handle my empire = Family and Milya: ❤️🙏🤗😘

It’s temporary.

Without AI my best assistant of all time, I wouldnt be able to archive that much. by @ngococo

This morning started with remote work for Milya, followed by an outdoor swim in the rain. 🌧️🏊

It was only 16°C outside, but the warm pool felt like a spa. A perfect way to recharge and release the stress of a busy week.

Tonight is all about family—chess, a movie night, and celebrating Mila’s best friend returning from Vancouver. ♟️🎬

In between, I’m reviewing 50 senior engineer applications as we continue building the team to help Milya scale. by @ngococo

A wonderful outdoor movie night by the pool. 🌙🎬💦

Floating under the stars, relaxing together, and enjoying these simple moments reminds me that childhood should be filled with both joy and purpose.

As parents, it's easy to let comfort become the routine. But the comfort zone isn't always where children grow the most. Parents worked on our project while they enjoy movie night.

Our responsibility is to teach them that responsibilities come before rewards. Homework, reading, helping at home, and giving their best effort should always come first. Then, after their duties are done, they can truly enjoy a well-earned hour or two of fun.

Children who study hard, work consistently, and show good character throughout the year absolutely deserve time to relax and recharge.

Enjoy the breaks. Enjoy kids time. But never stop reminding our children that discipline, hard work, and integrity are what make those moments of enjoyment even more meaningful.
