rain, shine, or mud, the show must go on & we weren’t about to let it kill our vibe!

spent @aclfestival weekend one with @aperolspritzofficial and safe to say it was one for the books!

If you’re headed to weekend two, dodge the mud & be sure to check out the aperol day club inside the festival for a few fun surprises! 🪩🍊✨

3:37:47 & a 21 minute pb, but this one was so much bigger than that. the numbers help tell the story, but they aren’t the story.

after running nyc in 2023 & 2024, I was burnt out. so in 2025 I chose rest & sustainability, and it changed everything.

spent the year reconnecting with my why, adjusting my mindset, and remembering what a privilege it is to move my body.

and in return, this sport gave me more than a pb

this race represented the quiet work, the moments & miles no one sees, and choosing to keep showing up anyway.

and the people who carried me through it all.

endless gratitude to my coach @jessmovold , for believing in me every step of the way.

to @sphyland and the @newbalancerunning global & community teams, thank you for believing in me and @yourmothersruncrew on the biggest stage.

to my people, near and far, thank you. 🫶🏾

& to the incredibly talented @carlnard, thank you for capturing every marathon I’ve ever run and telling this journey through your lens.

@londonmarathon, you were legendary. well done. 🇬🇧🫶🏾 taken in TCS London Marathon by @ngozimusa

"I don't have to do this. I get to do this."

After crossing the finish line at the 2024 New York City Marathon, AG1 team member and former college runner Ngozi Musa thought she was done. No more marathons. And for a year, she meant it.

But something shifted. Meet Ngozi and follow along as she gets ready to tackle another milestone: the London Marathon on April 26th.

This is a story about relearning to love the run. by @ngozimusa

After a very much needed off season, it feels so good to be back on course and racing again !!!

10 minute pr with solid progressions and relearning how to trust my training, trust the process, and sit in the pain cave a whole lot longer than my brain (and my hip flexors) want to.

@sashahfierce quality sessions were ✨humbling✨, but the proof is in the splits and the work always shows up on race day. turns out racing on potatoes & 2016 bangers hit when it matters !!! 🥔💥

Now it’s rest, recover, and into a proper build as we gear up for a big ben april !!! 👀🕰️💂🏾‍♀️🇬🇧 taken in Austin, Texas by @ngozimusa

every @sxsw I tell myself I’m going to take it easy… and then somehow end up living 9 lives but I wouldn’t have it any other way

from running 14 miles at 7, to speaking on a panel with @digitalvoicesglobal at 11, to shaking up @drinkag1 for the morning people & a few music nights in between… it was a jam packed week !!!

it was so good to see old friends & hear from the best of the best leaders and brands in the health & wellness space in my own backyard.

until next year, #sxsw that’s a wrap !!! taken in SXSW by @ngozimusa
