Last day in Yosemite- I hiked the Four Mile Trail (which isn’t 4 miles) up to Glacier Point- was 11 miles total and 3,680 feet elevation gain. Met @yeva.y which made it much more fun! Then one quick visit to Bridalveil Falls at the end of the day. I am so happy I got to visit this park! Completely blown away! And I lucked out and got a spot for 3 nights at an RV park that was 10 minutes from the entrance. 👏🏻😁❤️🥾 taken in Yosemite National Park by @ngrant

Grand Canyon! Hiked 5 miles down Bright Angel Trail and 5 back up. 3,245 feet of elevation loss/gain. It was soooo hot 🥵. Was so thankful for those water stops where I basically bathed in the water. Really would like to go back during cooler temps. Beautiful and grand! ❤️ taken in Grand Canyon National Park by @ngrant

Ghost Ranch in NM was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and such a great experience. @ariirving met me out there for two hikes and it was sooo nice to spend the day with her 😁 taken in Ghost Ranch by @ngrant

Hot Springs, Arkansas- Hot Springs NP is a little different. A row of historic bath houses! People used to go there for the mineral water that flows underground and was used for its healing properties. That water was HOT! 143 degrees! Bike path from the RV park led right downtown. Did Murph at Hot Springs CrossFit. They made breakfast for everyone and Nutella pancakes!!😋Then I did a very short (2 mile) hike to Goat Rock. by @ngrant

Well Chat gpt led me to Abingdon, VA. Small town…I figured, why not. First photo is behind my camper at the campground. The rest of the photos…there’s a story. So while walking around the town I noticed a bicycle theme on everything - bikes hanging at the cidery, bikes on the backs of cars, bike themed souvenirs. I asked a store clerk, “What’s up with all the bicycles everywhere?” She told me that Abingdon was the beginning of the Virginia Creeper Trail- a 33 mile bike trail. So I decided to try it out! It was beautiful! Rode 16 miles to Damascus, VA- a cute little town that has the AT going right down Main St. The other 15 miles were closed for repairs from a hurricane. I took a shuttle back to my car. I love when God leads me to experience things I had no idea I needed. ❤️ by @ngrant

Old Rag Mountain hike in Shenandoah NP. 10 miles- strenuous- crazy rock scramble section-2448 ft of elevation and I did it! Will definitely remember this one- challenging but so worth it. ❤️ taken in Old Rag - Shenandoah Mountains by @ngrant
