Cross Country Season is Back! 👟 💨

💙💛 MEET COACH DEB:

Head Cross Country & Assistant Track & Field Coach

Coach Deb’s connection to NHAGTC comes full circle from once being an athlete in the program to now helping lead the next generation. A former Division I cross country and track athlete, she also spent seven years coaching at Quinnipiac University and has been coaching with NHAGTC since 2018.

With multiple USATF Level 2 certifications, Coach Deb brings experience, knowledge, and a true passion for developing young runners. 🏃🏾‍♀️💙💛

💙💛 MEET COACH KATE:

Assistant Cross Country Coach

Coach Kate brings the experience of both a championship athlete and successful coach to NHAGTC. A 2x State Champion, 5x Nationals Qualifier, and All-New England cross country athlete, she went on to compete at the Division I level at UConn.
Now a high school coach, Kate has helped develop state champions, national qualifiers, and countless All-Conference athletes. She brings that same competitive experience and love for running to our NHAGTC athletes. 🏃🏾‍♀️💙💛

Great coaches develop more than great athletes they help build confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport. Coach Deb & Coach Kate great luck this season 💛💙 by @nhagtc1

This past weekend was like a movie! 🎥🍿

From the medals 🥇, to the personal bests, to the laughter, team bonding, and unforgettable moments we witnessed so much more than great performances. We watched these athletes grow, encourage one another, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

At New Haven Age Group Track Club 💙💛, we're more than just a group of athletes. We're a family united by purpose, driven by excellence, and committed to pushing one another to be our very best.

The medals are incredible, but the character, friendships, and legacy being built along the way are what matter most.

The future is bright, and we're just getting started. 💙💛 #NHAGTC #FamilyBuilt #DrivenByPurpose #BuiltDifferent by @nhagtc1
