The 2nd single from Life Splice is out today, featuring the singular @ellie_godwin on vocals. It's called Yearn 4. There's an incredible video for it too. Filmed & Edited by @laurajonesphotos Movement by @nia_evans Filmed at @theislandbristol Link in bio. Swipe for clips. Available for streaming and downloading. Preorder Life Splice, or download the track over at Totality's Bandcamp. Life Splice out October 30th on digital, tape and CD. Thanks for all the support on the record so far, this single should give you the first hint into the direction I'm going. I've always wanted to write a song that sounds like you're throwing a drum kit down the stairs. Thanks to Ellie, Laura & Nia for having faith in it. Hope you enjoy x by @nia_evans

back in June, Jenny and I balanced 80 meringues and vegan cream cheese crackers on our bodies, and danced all around @bricksbristol for open house and it was so much FUN the foods referenced our joint interest in the spotlight, and the moon, as ways of directing and informing how we perform for others. we would love to do more roaming performances involving food, dancing, and balancing acts - please book us for your next experimental night / birthday / corporate away day! I want to shimmy through another lively gathering with my meringues chewy soft and crisp and my head held high by @nia_evans
Thrilled to say that Dawnbreaker has been selected for the @screenargyll Sea Change Film Festival 2026! As a film untangling tricky legacies and obligations that women leave for each other (with a bit of gentle magical realism in there) we’re so delighted that it’ll be screening on the beautiful Isle of Tiree this September, at this festival celebrating female filmmakers and filmmakers of marginalised genders! 🌊🌅 Director + Writer @elinorlower

Well this is very cool!! A brand new galleon has been installed at the Diana Memorial Playground! In 2024, @playdisrupt carried out playful interventions with young people and families connected to the park and those who had never visited, with a focus on accessibility and sustainability. We ran sessions as Play Scientists, using simple materials and stories to spark play, and then saw where the children led us. they laid treasure hunts for each other, played hide and seek, made some huge, sprawling dens, and some very tiny secret ones. it's so nice to see the recommendations we made coming to life and quite surreal to watch this huge wooden ship be lowered into place. really lovely to facilitate on this project for The Royal Parks team, alongside designers Timberplay. and always a joy to work on a play disrupt project led brilliantly by @annahaydockwilson ❤️ Photos by Chris O'Donovan by @nia_evans
[Ready, Steady...Play! at St Nick's Market, February 2026] @playdisrupt ran 10 days of big, bright, silly public engagement about St Nicks market for Bristol city council back in February. Best bits were all the wonderful chats about everyone's favourite food, the man who’d been buying hats there for over 20 years and tours his ‘history of the hat’ show to women's institutes across the country ('men just aren't as interested in what they put on their heads'), and when Grano gave us free shots of spag bol. We used our colourful spinning wheel, set up a mini gameshow with buzzers, and sent children on adventure quests to take photos of what they loved, what could be better, and what surprised them. We engaged over 850 people and delivered a report that will feed into the future vision for the market. 📸@jackofforddop by @nia_evans
