Graduating still honestly hasn’t hit me yet. This year has meant so much to me. The growth I’ve seen in myself mentally and physically is everything I wanted for myself.Getting to do company for the last time, participate in Dance Canvas, graduate with honors, maintain my scholarship all throughout college, graduate debt free, audition for intensives/trainee programs/companies and receive offers — and now heading to Detroit in July on scholarship for the Eisenhower Intensive… I’m feeling immensely grateful. ✨But we’re really just getting started. There’s still so much growing, exploring, and creating left to do, and I truly can’t wait. <3 by @niadancing.2

This show was for me—to prove to myself that I am good. Over the past four years, I’ve constantly battled with seeking validation from the front of the room instead of addressing the trauma I’ve carried since childhood. But this year marked a shift. I started dancing for me and only me. I finally understand that I know I’m a good dancer, and I don’t need compliments or validation from others to believe it.I’m capable of so much, and these four years have opened parts of myself that I’ll forever be grateful for. I can’t wait to see what my future holds—eeeek 💫 by @niadancing.2

2025Worked with choreographers I admire, trained in Chicago twice, joined company at school again, stepped into a company in ATL, choreographed for Choreo Lab, performed again for Dance Canvas, met beautiful souls through dance, and started a new job.Next year, it’s time to be brave AF, faithful, and witness the beginning of dreams coming true 🌱✨ by @niadancing.2
