even in the C.O.L.D., I been told y’all THEE Chicago Redz run the city.

being a Delta is a privilege, but being LAMBDA is something I’ll always hold close to my heart.

happy Deltaversary, D.S.C.O.L.D.C.A.S.E 🐥🔺. this journey has taken us through various highs and lows, but I’m immeasurably proud of how far we’ve come as individuals and collectively. I wouldn’t trade it for nothing in this world. it’s shaped me, stretched me, and challenged me to grow in ways I never imagined. my journey in Delta made me embody what it means to be A.R.D.E.N.T.

forever grateful to the women who paved the way before us. three years down, a lifetime to go, I love + got y’all till ΩΩ.

I kicked off Women’s History Month by Reclaiming, Restoring, and Rising 🤩!

It was truly an honor to attend the inaugural conference hosted by the Illinois ACE Women’s Network at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. I also had the privilege of serving as a panelist alongside two phenomenal women Nia Patterson & Nekya Hall, where we discussed navigating our undergraduate experiences and how we prepared to transition into our careers. Together, we cultivated a space that was vulnerable, authentic, and empowering.

This experience reminded me why it is so important that we continue to build, heal, and uplift one another. I was also grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with some of my Hope Chicago family during my visit 🧡💙.

I’m incredibly thankful to have been surrounded by so many powerhouses, professionals, experts, and students who poured wisdom, encouragement, and knowledge into me throughout the conference. Thank you to the entire committee at the Illinois ACE Women’s Network for making such an impactful event possible. The conference was truly inspiring, and I look forward to continuing to build with you all in the future.

A special thank you to Dr. Nayshon T. Mosley-Milford for your leadership as Chair-Elect and for extending this opportunity to me.
