✨ FASHION MEETS PASSION AND THIS WALK HAS PURPOSE. ✨

I’m excited to share that I’ll be stepping onto the runway this fall for Best Self’s Over 40 & Fabulous Fashion Meets Passion, but this walk is about so much more than fashion.

I’m walking for IRIS.

IRIS is an Atlanta nonprofit providing critical support to breast cancer survivors through physical therapy, counseling, nutrition services, and other resources that help women navigate life during and after breast cancer.

Every step I take on that runway represents strength, resilience, healing, and the women who have fought and continue to fight breast cancer.

I’m asking my family, friends, colleagues, and community to Support My Walk for IRIS by making a donation. No amount is too small. Every contribution helps provide meaningful services to women when they need them most.

And when I hit that runway, know that I’m carrying every one of you who supported this mission with me. 💕

I’ve learned something about competition: you can either watch it, fear it, or let it light a fire under you.

Someone will always have a similar idea. Someone will launch something that looks a little like yours. Someone may even study exactly what you’re doing.

Okay… and? 😂

Ideas aren’t the flex. Execution is.

So instead of spending energy watching who’s in your lane, put your foot on the gas. Get better. Get sharper. Get more creative. And keep building.

Because if somebody copying you is enough to make you nervous, you may have forgotten what made you different in the first place.

Competition isn’t the enemy.

It’s FUEL. 🔥

After the Teen USA Finals 💕✨

What a night! Watching these incredible young women take the stage.

Tonight was about celebrating them the work, the growth, the friendships, the memories, and every moment that brought them to this stage. And once the director duties were done… it was time for a little post-finals PINK moment. 💕Because apparently subtle wasn’t on tonight’s schedule. 😂

Proud. Grateful. And definitely dressed for the occasion. 💕

Today we celebrate you. 28… wow. 🦋💕

I remember like it was yesterday, Brian and I finding out we were going to be parents and hearing that your due date would be May 23rd. Everyone, including my doctor, said first babies usually don’t come on their due date. Well… they were wrong.

After 26 hours of labor, you arrived right on time, exactly on your due date. And honestly, that has defined who you’ve always been, constant, reliable, dependable, and a woman of your word.

Baby girl, I am so honored that God chose us to be your parents. Watching you grow into the kind, graceful, loving, and unproblematic woman you are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Spending this entire day with you today, from our midnight GOT reruns, to lunch, to watching you sit in the chair getting pampered, and ending the night with dinner, reminded me how precious these moments are.

Every single day as your mom is a blessed one.
