EXPANSION. 🐝

That was the word I chose for 2026.

And I knew when I chose it that expansion wouldn’t simply mean *more.*

It would mean becoming capable of holding more.

Learning more.
Risking more.
Walking into rooms where I’m still learning the language.
Allowing an idea that started with my own wellness journey - and grew through conversations with this incredible community of women - to become something much bigger than me.

So I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been accepted into @pharrell’s @blackambitionprize 2026 Fundable Founders Learning Lab. Thank you @feleciahatcher, @gamalcodner, and @shakeiakeglergray for this amazing opportunity.

I’m building @herhivecollectivehq around something I have come to believe deeply:

Women deserve to understand what their bodies are telling them. And we deserve to have our experiences believed, considered and honored.

Our biometrics.
Our biology.
Our behavior.
Our baseline.

There is so much information there.

But information isn’t the same thing as intelligence.

And I believe there is an enormous opportunity to help women connect those dots in a way that helps us understand our bodies, recognize patterns earlier, have better conversations with our providers, and advocate for ourselves differently.

That is the future I’m building toward with Her Hive Collective.

This season of my life has stretched me in ways I could not have imagined. But I know one thing for sure: I am going to keep pedaling.

This next chapter with Black Ambition is part of my path.

And I am deeply, deeply grateful.

To every woman who has followed, commented, DM’d me, shared her story, purchased a guide, booked a spot on my Bali 2027 retreat, ordered a heart spoon or my salad hands, joined a conversation or my Skool, challenged an idea or simply said, “YES. We need this”...

There was a season of my life when I realized I couldn’t control what happened to me, but I could control how I responded.

That shift changed everything.

Thank you @oprah and @oprahpodcast for the opportunity to talk about stoicism during a conversation with @ryanholiday. I had the opportunity to share how principles of stoicism have shaped my wellness journey. Not as an ancient philosophy sitting on a bookshelf, but as a daily practice that has helped me navigate heartbreak, uncertainty, parenting, and the work of returning to my true self.

Peace isn’t found by waiting for life to get easier. I’ve learned to build inner peace by focusing energy on what is within my control.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a conversation that I hope reminds someone today: your circumstances don’t have to define your future.
