Paper excites me and when I start following my nose I never know exactly where it will lead me! Today I was cutting and sticking and even managed a couple of imaginary flowers. Lots of new ideas to follow up and experiments to try. Full of inspiration again, thank heavens. #paperlove #cutandstick #collage #paperflowers by @niceandfancy

I couldn’t wait to go on holiday, I was so sick of the heat. So I tided my studio and put everything neatly away for my return. Now I’m back, it’s still hot and I’ve put my creativity in some drawer and can’t find it. So in the meantime a few photies from my drive home through France, taken from the passenger seat of course 😊 #drivingthroughfrance🇫🇷 #photographsfromthecarwindow #holidays2026☀️ #wheresmycreativitygone by @niceandfancy

I think this will be the last mini collage for a while… hooray… did I hear somebody say? 🥱 Moving on to paper flowers and black and white, oh and maybe the odd vase thrown in just for fun. Stay tuned. Copyright Dawn Clarkson 2026 #collage #vaseofflowers #floralart #cutandstick #sketchbook by @niceandfancy

What can I say… I really love how this spread has turned out. To think it started out as a magazine cutting of a lady wearing a very nice stripey blouse. As you well know I can’t resist stripes, I am so happy that they are now part of my sketchbook! Seriously, I am in love with this collage. Let me know if you are to. A little late night collage to free the mind, or maybe just to try and forget about the heat. Melting but still feeling creative, mini sketchbook, mini vases with strange flowers. Copyright Dawn Clarkson 2026 #floralart #collage #vaseofflowers #cutandstick #sketchbook by @niceandfancy

Being nostalgic and thinking of Mum. She loved making these flowers so much that they’ve remained in the temporary kitchen gallery until I visit again. Also feeling nostalgic when I think of the English ‘breeze’ I left behind (listen to the short video). My remedy for beating the hot weather is ice cream… and if that doesn’t work… try MORE ice cream 😎 #collage #collageflowers🌻🌼 #cutandstick #paperlove #floralart Copyright Ann and Dawn Clarkson 2026 by @niceandfancy

Mini collage book. Big results. Just love the colours and the big bloom that emerged! Will I ever have time to make all the patterns that I create in my head with this collage process? Copyright Dawn Clarkson 2026 #floralart #vaseofflowers #paperlove #collage #cutandstick by @niceandfancy
