Session 05 of Impressions, powered by @aritzia , was about expanding what’s possible, and Jennifer Winter of @nicedaypilates truly showed us how that’s possible.

Jenn opened her studio in the middle of the pandemic, against a lot of odds. Her reminder: Start. Make the jump. Believe in yourself before anyone else has a reason to.

Jenn didn’t just create a moodboard for how Nice Day would look. She built a whole world around how it would feel: a space where people could show up as themselves and use movement to trust yourself and more. Expanding what’s possible isn’t only about seeing further. Sometimes it starts with knowing how you want something to feel, and staying true to yourself throughout the process.

Then we celebrated with music by @dj_shysofly , professional portraits by @anthonynusca , a room full of people who’ve been apart of the impressions journey.

🅿️ IS FOR PILATES

Truth is…Toronto rent is wild, cash flow keeps things interesting but today our new sign went up and I got to really take this all in.

We opened our first brick & mortar in the middle of the pandemic, which still feels kind of surreal to say. Taking a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come and feeling really grateful for where we are today.

Hope this sign helps and you can find us a little better.
