Shaved Ice.

We pride ourselves on adapting to the season, and celebrating the incredible fruit that grows right here behind us.

There’s no purer way to showcase seasonal flavour than on a blank canvas of fluffy and pure snow.

Our fruit is sourced right here in the Jordan Station area of Niagara, and right now the season is giving us some pretty incredible things:
Strawberries
Raspberries
Apricots
And, of course… Niagara peaches

Just beautiful local fruit, transformed into something cold, creamy, and completely delicious.

Have you tried it yet?

Have you tried one of our shaved ice “Kocktails” from @nadarekakigori yet?

This summer, you’ll be seeing us all season long @uppercanadacheese “The Cargo Kitchen” serving up boozy shaved ice creations made with locally grown Niagara fruit, premium spirits from @springmillguelph , and crystal-clear ice by @niceicetoronto .

Cold, refreshing, and built for Niagara summers.
Come cool off with us.

Meet @bar.besos ‘ new cocktail - Where The HELL Is My Husband? - @patron El Cielo, salted sauterne, grappa, white peach, black truffle, fig bitters, served over three @niceicetoronto diamonds with a bottle of @moetchandon and a ring 💍. She’s a pricy little ditty - $115, but they say diamonds are forever. Meanwhile, @neonandroid is doing free tarot readings from 7 to 9 pm and $35 readings after. An Old Fashioned, reimagined. 🌊🥃

The Low Wryder blends the richness of @lot40 rye with the brightness of sea buckthorn, gooseberry, dry vermouth, house amaro, and Strega. Bold flavours, effortless cool. Pair it with a snack and set the tone for your evening.

Cocktail hour runs 3–5 PM, Wednesday to Sunday.
