@scarson45band - “It’s been a long time coming… but “Silhouettes” is finally here. ❤️

We can’t tell you how good it feels to be releasing new music again.

A massive thank you to the incredible friends who played on this song — @nate_dugger @lowpines @alexjohnsondrums @andymappdrums @bennetthollandkeys @ardeton_quartet and davidnovanowakowski . You’re all amazing, and we’re so grateful to have had you be a part of it.

Huge thanks to @victorvanvugt for the mix and @joelambertmastering for the mastering 🙌

Of course thanks to @nicemanagement

And most importantly, thank you to all of you who have stuck with us. It’s been a few years of inactivity, and your patience, messages, encouragement, and continued support have meant more to us than you know.

But we’re finally back. And we may have some more news sooner than you think 😉

We’re releasing new music again, and this time we’re not taking our foot off the pedal. There’s plenty more to come. ❤️‍🔥

If you like “Silhouettes,” PLEASE give it a share, leave us a comment, hit like, and help us get it out into the world.

And if you don’t like it… please keep your opinion to yourself!😂😂

Seriously, though — thank you to every single one of you.

It feels good to be back.

“Silhouettes” — OUT NOW. ❤️

He’s shared stages with Joshua Redman, Terrace Martin, HAIM, Louis Cole, and Snoh Aalegra — but this is his show, his sound, his moment.

Modern jazz has a new name. Come find out why.

Swapped is out now on Netflix 🎬✨
Featuring an original score by @siddkhoslamusic ! Huge congrats to everyone involved!
Go stream it now!
@siddkhoslamusic – “Three years in the making of this score, @skydanceanimation’s Swapped is out now in limited theaters and on @netflixfamily. The soundtrack is out today!
Inspired by early conversations with Director @nathangreno and producer John Lasseter, we dreamt of an alternate universe of new species of plants and animals with a unique musical identity for each.
We created our own world orchestra with folk instruments from villages around the world and recorded at the legendary @abbeyroadstudios. Grateful to our incredible live players led by my music team: Score Co-Producer @alan.demoss, orchestrator and collaborators @markgrahamcreative and @trevormotycka, Composer Assistant @thomasmakesrock, and Recording & Mix Engineers Peter Cobbin and Kirsty Whalley. Thank you to Music Supervisor @crowemaureen for bringing me to this project. Thank you to producer Mary Ellen Bauder for the support throughout this incredible journey, and my manager Steve Nice (@nicemanagement), for managing the execution of the score.
I believe this beautiful film can bring some much-needed empathy into the world.” by @nicemanagement

Check out Slanted out in theaters today with an original score by Shirley Song! #slantedmovie

@the_song - “SLANTED is out in theaters today! @slantedmovie
W
@amywangster created something really special with this movie. It’s sharp, funny, uncomfortable in the best way, and says so much about identity, belonging, and the pressures so many of us grow up with. As a Chinese-Australian who grew up navigating a lot of those same questions, this story resonated with me deeply!
It’s one of those films that will make you laugh, squirm, and think long after you leave.
I’m so so proud to have composed the score for this film.
Huge thank you to you Amy, producers @goldenstate77 and @trevorwall2, @mountaintoppics the @foxentstudios music team, and last but not least, my amazing team who helped bring the score to life:
And my amazing manager, @nicemanagement
And massive thanks to @moritzbraunmusic and @malavikamusic for helping produce and sing the greatest karaoke pop song ever...!
The Slanted soundtrack is out now if you’d like to
listen to the score!” by @nicemanagement
