If you know me, you know this is me. Haven’t performed in years but 34 feels like a homecoming ✨

Greatful if you’re able 🫶🏽

A room full of Black women creating, expressing, connecting & being celebrated? Yeah… I needed that. 🖤🎨✨

@blackgirlartshow was such a beautiful reminder of how powerful it is to have spaces where Blackness doesn’t have to be explained & can simply exist

Beautiful art, live music, a DJ, Black-owned vendors & SO much creative energy. I left feeling inspired, recharged, and proud to witness Black women taking up space in every way imaginable.

Support Black artists. Buy the art. Share the work. Make room. 🖤

And if @blackgirlartshow comes to your city… GO

Protein on protein on protein… and my stomach said, “Girl, enough.” 😂☕️

RYZE Mushroom Coffee has officially made its way into my morning routine. I’m not even a big coffee drinker, but I love how it helps me feel energized, clear-headed & supports my digestion. 🤎

Unlimited Pilates for $30/month in this economy? Nothing but a blessing in straps 🙌🏾

I had the pleasure of taking @eosfitness first-ever reformer Pilates class at their Durango location, and I’m here for it!

📍 Currently the only EOS location in Nevada with reformers
📲 Classes can be booked 24 hours in advance through the new EOS app
👀 If these classes do well, we may see reformers roll out to more locations!

So go book the class! Worst thing that can happen is you fall in love with Pilates like me 😉

Thirty-four. ✨

A year older, but more importantly
a year deeper into myself

Learning to release what no longer fits, trust what’s unfolding & make peace with the woman in the mirror.

Here’s to another year of becoming her. 🥂

As an active girlie, braids are usually my go-to. But once in a blue moon, I let a buss down bless my mane for a limited time. 💁🏽‍♀️✨

Still looking back on this juicy spring moment. 🔥
