Motherhood changes everything… but it doesn’t cancel your goals 💪🏼

Some days, showing up looks different.
It’s not perfect. It’s not quiet.
But it’s powerful 💖

This mom didn’t wait for the “right time.”
She didn’t wait for a sitter, a slower season, or ideal circumstances.
She showed up anyway.

And that’s what matters.

My job isn’t to push women past their limits. It’s to help them keep going when real life shows up.
To create a space where moms feel supported, safe, and encouraged… not guilty for trying to take care of themselves.

You don’t have to choose between being a good mom and taking care of your body.

You just need support that understands this season of life.

Strong women raise strong humans.
And strong women deserve support too 🤍🙏🏼

We figured it was time to see if we could get Michael’s record cleaned up a little, so we sent him to see Cid at Citrine Law.

Let’s just say Cid has his work cut out for him. 😂

If anyone can handle Michael’s case, it’s Cid. We trust him. We’re just hoping Michael stays out of trouble long enough for him to help. 🚫🔪
