Thanks for the lovely birthday wishes, everyone! The last few days have been a delight! We did lots of swimming in Lake Sutherland. We met up with our old neighbors/friends @pollyannahawthorne @joelputzier. I got my board on Lake Crescent, y'all🤌🤌 We hiked to Devils Punchbow on Lake Crescent and found a private spot to swim with Gaia for a few hours. My dreams came true!
On Saturday, we drove the 101 through the Olympic National Park to our cabin. The roads were busy with tourists, but it was stunning. We made a few stops to see the giant cedars and the Tree of Life. The last few days at the cabin have been easygoing. We've been spinning lots of records and cooking up yummy food. Ylee ate crab, but I don't think he'll ever pick it again. He was in sensory overdrive. I'm so grateful for every second.
I was really missing my Granny's birthday song phone call today.....As I was pulling this post together, my cousin @southernfaith803 called and sang to me 😭😭😭 I'm 47. I'm grateful to have my health back and so lucky to have so many amazing people in my life🥂 by @nicholeding

Today makes four years without Dad. I woke up thinking about this calendar that sits on my Granny's kitchen counter. She refused to change it after he passed. She loved her children so much.
I have a little solace in thinking that they are together somewhere out there💖 by @nicholeding
