One week with these lovely people, whom I've never met before, and I'm sobbing saying goodbye. You let me in. Showed me around your city. Did my laundry (I mean that's like the best gift ever). Just shared your time and energy with me.

I will miss your energies in the mysore room.

May we meet again.

The body is capable...

But the mind.... 🤣 🤣 🤣
@yogamarque changed his assisting position from standing to seated and my brain went to: yeah, no, you're not capable of doing this. 😂

Guys. The second video may be the funniest yoga video I have of myself. I keep laughing over and over. 🙈 taken in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina by @nicinico

United by Dance

They left their homes, family and friends to pursue their dreams. I can't even begin to comprehend how difficult that must have been and still is. Now they are here and have fortunately found a family in their fellow @bbcstrictly professional dancers.

Year after year my TV screen lights up with their passion and love for dance. With their idiotic jokes and laughs.

I am truly grateful for the love the Strictly Professionals spread to the world and cannot wait for another trip to the UK next year! Back to Amsterdam for now, where I will patiently await Strictly 2024. 😊 ♥

.

Big respects to @diannebuswell. She took so much time trying to meet all the fans and have a little chat with us all. Amazing to meet you. 🙏 🌸
