Three years ago, it was just four people in an office.

Four people from different backgrounds, different careers, and different walks of life. Each introduced to the business with a dream of building something bigger.

Nick and Dom started this journey together, learning the business, overcoming challenges, and growing into the leaders they are today.

It wasn’t always easy. People came and went, mistakes were made, and lessons were learned. But through it all, they never stopped showing up.

Fast forward three years, and they’re now leading their own teams, Panther Financial and Vantage Financial.

Two different teams, one shared vision. They continue to work alongside each other, share knowledge, support one another, and help the people around them succeed.

What started with four people and a dream has grown into something much bigger, all because they stayed consistent and never gave up.

And the best part? They’re just getting started.

Three years ago, they took that first step. Today, it could be your turn.
