Let me introduce SNR COACHING.
No bullshit just ongoing support and god damn results.
10 years of coaching in person and online for the last 4 years, coaching everyone from competitors to professional athletes to people who just want to look and feel better. Face to face or online, contest prep or lifestyle, I work with people who are ready to lock in and get it done.

Training programmes built around your life, not some cookie cutter shit. Nutrition that works for you, not against you. Everything is built around your life and goals. Accountability when you need it, support when shit gets hard.
If you’re ready to put the work in and want someone who’ll tell you straight, but blow all the smoke up your ass when you deserve it, and help you achieve your goals, let’s talk. by @nick.snrcoaching

I’ve walked the walk, I’ve got the results with clients time and time again from in the trench experience to being a dork and understanding the shit that’s going on within a study.

I’ve come from a background of playing sports at the highest level, to torn ACL’s having to recover from that. Being lost and having zero routine and structure. I’ve been the skinny 80kg 18 year old stick thin to the 130kg peak off season bodybuilder.
I’ve lost every bodybuilding show I’ve ever done, I’ve competed in 3 different categories.
I’ve worked the normal day to day jobs in between coaching and juggled being a businessman whilst still training and ticking boxes.

I’ve walked the walk and that’s helped me understand the variety of clients and achieve such an array of results. From huge 40kg fat loss journeys to helping professional athletes perfect their craft. I’ve helped clients step on stage in the condition of their life and helped single mums build a routine and structure around still getting results and creating balance.
Want muscle? We got you.
Want less body fat? We got you.
Want to improve your performance? We got you.
Want support on your journey? We got you.

With SNR coaching I don’t aim to specialise in one thing because every client needs something different. Some need more focus on their training, some need their diet fixing, some need their head sorting before anything else works, some need help with routine and structure.
What I do is find what’s holding you back and guide you to fucking that off.

Sound like you could fit in here? Of course you we will adapt everything to who you are and what you wanna do!
Ready to work? Drop me a message. by @nick.snrcoaching

This isn’t about quick fixes this is about creating a lifestyle that’s better for you that achieves your goals. Results that you can enjoy with the right support and guidance.
The price of results is hard work don’t be mistaken it’s gonna take work to achieve anything I can’t do the work for you but hard work with the right guidance goes a long way to creating the best version of yourself.
We want something you can stick to. Something that fits your life, not the other way around.
Whether you’re prepping for stage, training for sport, or just want to look better and feel better, the approach is the same: work hard, pay attention, stay consistent.
If you’re serious about making progress and you’re ready to commit, let’s get to work.

We can’t have our cake and eat it without the hard work and all the glory.

Every wants results but without giving up their fun, they wanna create balance but don’t wanna do hard shit.

Now don’t get me wrong @dozeymare_billybob is one of the hardest working, most committed clients I’ve ever worked with borderline tapped. But he’s also one of the biggest transformations I’ve ever seen mentally and physically, he’s also got the most balance between achieving and enjoying I’ve seen lately.

He’s at the gym at 5am, he does his steps, he preps his food, he does his cardio, he weighs everything, he makes foods he likes. He does everything perfectly to a tee to allow himself to enjoy downtime without fucking up his progress.

He’s done days where he’s done 35k steps before going out accidentally. He’s done sessions the day after a session.

He’s given twice as much as he’s taken. And everyone see’s the 30kgs of fat loss and the sessions or ability to eat McDonald’s but no one see’s the other 6 and a half days a week where he’s laser focused and doesn’t miss.

Proud of the crazy fucker, and we’re just starting his journey. by @nick.snrcoaching

ABS ARE BUILT IN THE KITCHEN.

Well yes but they’re also built in the gym and you have to train them properly, for more then 2 minutes, and make sure your actions are on point in the kitchen. You can’t have abs without both unless you’re a genetic freak, and if you’re a genetic freak with amazing abs you aren’t reading the secret to get abs posts.

Training efficiently is important the abs work like any other muscle they require lengthening and shortening. Yes there’s isometric work due to the abs also being different to other muscles and being activated by an entire core not just a muscle so working the transverse ab wall to strengthen to core to shorten and lengthen the abs is important just like having strong enough grip strength to row a dumbell.

Then making sure you ain’t a fat fuck to showcase the abs and picking food sources that don’t bloat you and cause you problems that stop you from training abs.

If you stop and think of abs as another muscle you need to think about exercise selection, hip mobility, transverse ab strength, fitness levels. So many parts play a role in understanding how to effectively train abs.

But if you’re this far here’s a simple start point.

2 x planks max efforts
2 x lying bench crunch
3 x lying butt supported leg raises.
1 x cable abdominal crunch

Pausing and contracting every part of every rep.

Start there and work out where you’re shittest as you sort your diet out. by @nick.snrcoaching

For the pussys who fear needles. This one’s to help you out a little.

There’s levels that the peptides can take your body too that OTC orders from Amazon can’t do. But you can still go close to match them up, you just gotta know what you’re looking for.

This is the simplest definitions of each so I don’t bore anyone getting technical on the supps.

Also Glutamine? L carnitine? Use code NICK20 @international_protein LINK IN BIO.

Supps are based on individual needs, every supp or peptide needs a purpose if not it’s an expensive hobby. If you need proper guidance to what supps/ peptides you need hire a coach, I am a coach. LINK IN BIO. by @nick.snrcoaching

I’d hate it if I ruined my diet phase all for a cup of orange juice or a coffee.

Creeping blood sugar levels will only make your bodies response worse and worse and any fat loss you work so hard to occur.

And track ya fucking liquids you’re only adding kcals to your diet or under drinking water so you need to know either way…. by @nick.snrcoaching

A path not many will wanna take but a lot need to take (for their digestion and wallets sake mainly).

I had a fun life when I lived as a rockstar hosting events, partying was networking, building relationships, making the nightlife scene fun.

I wouldn’t change a thing, but I outgrew that past life it moulded me to the man I am today but since cutting alcohol out I’ve seen nothing but improvements in daily life.

If you needed a sign to cut back on the booze, here it is xxx

My Dms are always open for support.

Week 2 in the comeback summer shred series and the posing trunks have made a feature.

Week 1 went swimmingly dropped a fair bit of weight and appetite flew back so a few high days got put back in at a measly 1100g of carbs. (Not everyone’s body can be in a spot to do that I’m still fat but muscle tissue can run away from me very easily)

Priority is to allow the high days to shift performance positively, rate of loss will be slower but will allow me to recomp rather than burying down as the aim of the games muscle retention not just diet, anyone can churn through muscle but maintaining it through performance is crucial.

Managed to get 3 sessions in powerhouse this week will hopefully aim to stabilise that.

Trained for enjoyment this week, done some of my faves and tested some new kit.

It was all fun and games until I’ve 110% retorn either my meniscus or snapped my hamstring tendon where my graft was from years ago, both painless but my knees like a balloon.

This is leading to my first and only drug introduction, BPC/ TB Will be loaded in all week and we shall see the outcome hopefully a miracle occurs and I’m back training legs midweek but will have to be smart with exercise selection.

2-3 x high days
1-2 x normal Training diet
3 x rest day diet

Schedules still whacky so will adapt training as it comes through. But excited to use that mega mass row again that’s much better than the linear tbar.

Successful week by a training standard still not shredded yet.

If I have the same conversation on repeat I make a piece of content on it.

Clients who normally are spot on with their veg intake needed a gentle nudge forwards this week, but the amount of people I see eat zero veg day in day out on this app is crazy.

So let me hopefully change a few peoples minds before they skip some veg tomorrow. ✌🏼 by @nick.snrcoaching
