Just a 40 years young birthday man. I don’t know if I’ve succeeded at anything in life or if I’ll ever achieve my goals, but I’ve certainly had an interesting and vivid life. I’m far from being perfect and can’t judge for myself whether I’m a good person, but I’ve been lucky enough to call the best of people my friends and I hope that people laughed with me more often than they cried. Hello, World, it’s been a while. I disappeared for a few months because life got heavy and I needed space. Just wanna say: please take care of your mental health, it’s crucial. This is more important than anything else. Once you ruin it, it will affect every aspect of your life: your physical health, your relationships with loved ones, your career and so on. Remember: “Put your own oxygen mask on first before assisting others.” There is no one closer to you in life than yourself. So take care. by @nick.yuryev
