I say it maybe once a year, but I need more dirt jumps in my life… someone please tell me there’s a secret spot near Cleveland that I don’t know of 😂 #bmx #bmxdirt taken in Ohio by @nick_bruce

Perfect addition to the home gym, thanks to @yesoulfitness.official!
-The T3S Plus Treadmill offers a lot, but my favorite is the unlimited screen mirroring. I can watch whatever I want on the big screen during some cardio!
- discount code NICK100 saves you $100!

My Whole World❤️ @chelseacarbonelll was my favorite person until I met Fern, now they’re both my favorite people. Still waiting to see what our premie girl is like, not sure about her yet… (joking she’s so beautiful ❤️) #fam #famtight by @nick_bruce

After Rotator Cuff surgery 3 years ago, plus multiple dislocations… The shoulders need some warming up before riding. This has been my go to, sourced from different Physical Therapists over the years. It’s quick and effective!
I still do longer shoulder workouts in the gym, this is strictly before riding each day! #bmx #dynamicwarmup #shoulderstability #shoulderrehab taken in Cleveland, Ohio by @nick_bruce
