This is how I work as a Social Media Manager.

I protect what you’ve built and help it grow the right way.

That’s how organic growth, traction, and real inquiries happen.

If this feels like the support you’ve been looking for,
you know where to find me. ✉️ by @nick_socials

My client runs a maternity clinic that’s been established for decades.

But her page visibility was still a problem.

People in her area could barely find the clinic online.

Most posts on the page were just promotions.

So we built a content strategy designed to make the clinic page visible and searchable locally.

No ads. Just the right system and content psychology.

If you're a maternity clinic or healthcare clinic looking for a Social Media Manager + Strategist who understands visibility and content that converts, send a message.📩

I've been someone's mom since I was 13.

Every version of me led here. 🫶

From breadwinner to business owner — this is my short story.👩‍💻 by @nick_socials

Not every win is a number.
The part I'm proudest of is at the end. 👉

She told me this was her first time in this kind of business.

What happened next surprised us both.

I'm so grateful she trusted me with something she built from the ground up. 💚🫶

Some brands hire a social media manager to post.

Others find someone who makes the whole thing feel lighter.

Which one do you have right now?🤔

Wasn't me 😉

But I can be your social media manager. Let's chat 📩 by @nick_socials

…their last post was from 2024.

I thought it was a scam.

So I booked the other clinic. Farther. Pricier.

It was already a sale. They lost it without knowing.

Before a patient sends a deposit, they check:

1️⃣ A recent post (within the last 2 weeks)

2️⃣ Real faces (you, your team, your space)

3️⃣ Proof others trust you (reviews, results, patient moments)

Simple.

But it has to happen every week, between patients and after closing.

That's where most pages go quiet.

The clinics that never do?

They're not the ones posting.

Save this.

Then look at your page like a stranger about to send you money.

Would you book you?

"Hiring a social media manager won't affect your bookings," they said.

Meanwhile, my clients can't keep up with their own calendar. 😅

Funny how that works.

If you want this kind of result, you know how to find me.

Here's how I'd build it instead, as a social media manager:

Not another stretch.

Not a posture infographic.

Not information they can already Google.

If your last 10 posts could've been written by any chiro account, that's the problem — not the algorithm.

People don't book a clinic because they learned something.

They book because they finally felt understood.

💎 Show the real moment a patient walks out standing straighter.

💎 Show the doctor explaining it like a friend, not a textbook.

Information gets saved.

Connection gets booked.

Most clinics are optimizing for the wrong one — and don't even realize it until their DMs stay quiet for months.

Chiropractor social media doesn't have to look like everyone else's.

Save this before you post another generic tip.

People ask how to know when you need a social media manager…

Honestly, if you’re asking, you probably already do. 😂

Getting views but no inquiries?🤔

Your clinic’s social media strategy might be the missing piece.

Last last year,

I was still questioning if becoming a Social Media Manager was really for me.

6 months with no clients can make you question yourself.

But I kept learning, improving, and showing up anyway.

Now, there are 3 of us on the team.

Funny how the thing I almost gave up on became something I’m now building.

If you’re in that “maybe I’m not good enough” season right now,

remember: being overlooked today doesn’t mean you’re not capable of building something tomorrow.

Still building. You can follow along. by @nick_socials
