Had an absolutely electric weekend @festivalhfv North Americas Strongest Man.

Earned a podium spot against some great competition, and got to have fun with my buddies In front of a great crowd. Not every event went the way I wanted, and I have much to improve on… and that’s the exciting part.

One and only session on the 10” Log. Everyone lies and says their prep went amazing, all that matters is you come out of the other side ready to bang it out come comp day. Win lose or draw I know I’ll go until I can’t anymore and give everything, we’ll see if it’s enough.
