Low light. Bold art. A martini that’s perfectly chilled.

Some rooms just make you want to stay a little longer. Ours has been doing that for over two decades.

Settle in.

At Nick & Sam’s, everyone gets a seat at the table, whether you’re still living or not!

Our guests come from all over, and according to our team, a few have been regulars for decades… or maybe longer. The welcome is the same either way: warm service, a great steak, and your favorite table.

Happy Halloween from our table to yours.

Built for sushi lovers…

Our Sashimi Salad layers hamachi, ebi, tuna, and king salmon over micro greens, cucumber, and avocado, all tied together with a spicy miso dressing that adds just enough heat.

A lighter way to start the night, or a great main for the sushi fans at the table.

The artist: Chef John Kleifgen.

The art: his famous pickle brined fried chicken.

Crisp herbs, hot honey, cream biscuits, chili vinegar, sport pepper aioli, bourbon bacon maple syrup, corn ribs, and a foie gras “dirty” gravy.

It all comes together for everyone’s Friday night favorite. Come hungry.

Great food. Great music. Great auction. Important cause.

Join us on November 6th for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's 15th Annual "A Night of Champions," a milestone celebration of fifteen years of impact. Enjoy a cocktail reception, inspiring program, live auction, and champion awards while honoring the IBD champions driving change for those affected by Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Nearly $3.5 million has been raised to date for research, education, and patient support. Help us keep that number growing.

Texas meets Tokyo.

Our Wagyu ‘Fajitas’ take a Tex-Mex favorite in a new direction, with tender wagyu, Asian pico, jalapeño salsa, and togarashi onions, all wrapped in moo shu pancakes.

Oktoberfest, steakhouse style. This month’s Sunday Supper is the Grand Bavarian Supper, where “modern luxury steakhouse meets old-world autumn tradition.”

Think giant Bavarian pretzels with shaved pastrami ribeye and kimchi-kraut fritters to start. Then rouladen with saffron spaetzle, a beer braised dry aged short rib, and a Black Forest Tres Leches to finish.

Join us October 25 for a feast worth raising a stein to.
