Eddie (the album) is now up for Vinyl Pre-Sale. A lot of you were kind enough to ask, and I am beyond happy to oblige.

The vinyl is standard black vinyl and comes with a bonus song that will never be available on streaming services.

Additionally, I’ve added a very inexpensive “mystery item” add-on. I’ve got an attic full of stuff going as far back as the Me As A Pilot days (OGs will know) and it’s not doing me any favors siting in storage. If you add two onto your order, I’ll absolutely pack your order to the brim.

Limited to 100 copies and once they’re gone, they’re GONE. by @nickcostduh

Eddie is out now. It is my NINTH studio album. That’s wild.

After throwing everything I had at my last record, I wanted to make a record that was the opposite. Super sparse production, very few fancy tricks, and just have a batch of songs that can speak for themselves. Also in the age of AI, I wanted to make something intentionally human. It doesn’t sound perfect. There’s some flubs and weird notes. But everything feels right, and they sound like they do if you’re in the room with me. I’m very proud of this one.

Big thanks to my love and partner Charlie Finnigan for singing these songs with me.

Thanks as well to @ethanyeshaya for crushing some upright bass on “Critical” and “Marb Reds”

Big thanks to Eddie for rounding me up and making sure 3 is a circle. And thanks for not getting too stressed at our howling. I’m gonna give you a little extra apple today. taken in Northern California by @nickcostduh

5 Underrated Albums by Popular Artists.

In all of my artist deep-dives, there’s always at least one record where I say to myself “why didn’t anybody tell me this album was so good?!” - so here are five of those records.

We’re talking about @thebeachboys @weezer @feistmusic @paulmccartney and of course @willienelsonofficial

What did I miss? Let me know!

You all asked for it, so here are 5 more albums and the video games they sound like!

For somebody who hasn’t played a video game in nearly a decade, I’m sure getting wrapped up in stuff I know nothing about. But I know my way around a tune!

Today we’re featuring @takanaka_superpopup @ironmaiden @blacksabbath @daysawaypa and @ratatat (actually @evaxsounds for the sake of this video)

What did I miss?
