It’s been a helluva ride. Thank you to everyone who supported me over the years and watched as my career unfolded. Thank you to the coaches who took chances on me and gave me the opportunity to be successful in many situations. And thank you to the teammates that made it possible to achieve the things I’ve achieved (especially the trench warriors), I will forever be thankful for all of you guys and all the memories we’ve made. 44 games, 256 points. 4 years. It went by in a flash but I wouldn’t have done it any other way. Thank you football. Thank you Sioux Falls. Love you Coo.💜💜 - #37 taken in Bob Young's Field- USF football by @nickhernan07

This week I was blessed with the opportunity to volunteer at Royal Family Kids Camp that works towards loving and encouraging abused and neglected Foster and Adopted children. These are the most beautiful children made in Gods image that endure the most unimaginable pain at such a young age. I was lucky enough to look after two incredible young men whose lives have been stalled due to parents who could not or chose not to care for them. These young men changed my life forever and I will always have a special place in my heart for them. The immense love I feel for each and every camper that was present is indescribable. I call on you all to have a big heart and open mind and take the next opportunity to participate in this camp. We truly save lives and give children hope for their future. They walk away from camp knowing they are made to be loved not only by us, but by God. Thank you RFK, this week will forever be in my heart. To the children of RFK, I love you, God loves you, continue to be strong and courageous throughout the battles of your life. I will always love you and I will find my way back to you all soon.❤️❤️#GodsChildren #MadeToBeLoved by @nickhernan07
