605 Larsen Pr. Safe to say my regular bench max isn’t 605 anymore lol. Does anyone know who else has done over 675 besides Joe T? Determined to go down as one of the best bench pressers ever before I turn to strongman. Warmups didn’t feel too good so just happy I pulled this out of my ass. Watching some old training footage of fat Nick and I realized I need to compete again and stick to the sport of strongman. I’d like to compete in early 2027 and make it to asm which is a far goal but reachable. If I can successfully make it through a prep without snapping something we’ll be golden. Accessory Day

Some of my accessories after my main work. Only filmed some of it but I keep getting asked which ones I do for bench. Today was close grip Spoto, alternating db presses,ez bar curls, some tricep dumbbell thing I came up with that I’ve been rolling with, single arm rows and a few other shoulder things I didn’t record. Bench has been going good and I can’t wait to hit 600+ again once I put some bw on given I’m weighing around 235 rn for this cut. #bench by @nicklifts03

I’m back. Finally getting somewhere with bench again after endless setbacks these past few months. Hit a pretty easy single at 450 raw which I’ll take given I’m going up basically 10lb every other day lol. Been hammering accessories with like 4-5 sets of 8-10 different exercises everyday and I have zero idea how I’m recovering from that. I’d like to hit 500 raw soon. Saturday event training. Sets of 3 with light ssb and orange bands, then 10 cal assault bike into yoke runs and sled pulls/ hamstring accessories that I was too lazy to record. Messed up my bicep pretty good so the next 9 weeks of bicep heavy event training is gonna be an absolute blast. Might need to go to rehab with the withdrawal I’m having from not benching 7x a week but if I wanna do some damage in this sport I realize I can’t only bench. 9 weeks out. #strongman #mybodyhurts by @nicklifts03

Easy start to prep with light weights to get the movements down again. Had a decent offseason and still have events to train this week but this is the first time I’ve ever gone in feeling 100% which is nice.
