Join us September 7 at Dirty Laundry for Pouring Forward, where I’ll be alongside 15 of Canada’s leading bartenders for a night of cocktail Power Hours, bar battles, music by DJ Alex Roc and prizes, all to support our friend Tiffany Desbiens @bloggingboujee in her battle with cervical cancer. ❤️
Hospitality has always been about taking care of people. We pour drinks. We create experiences. We celebrate people’s biggest moments and show up when they need us most. It’s time to come together and pour into one of our own.

Join Canada’s brightest Trans and Non-Binary bartenders at the iconic @barmordecai for a night of dancing, partying, delicious drinks, drag performances, and radical gender ideology. This will be a party you do NOT want to miss. Hosted by Montreal’s Calliope Draper (@placesyouarecallie )(The Bar World’s 62nd most influential person, Founder of Places You Are Welcome, and the first Trans person to have ever won a global bartending competition) along with pop up performances from incredible Trans and Non-Binary drag artists. Highlighting Trans and Non-binary bartenders from 4 different provinces; this will be more than your average bar takeover. From Winnipeg, the dynamic duo of Jade Janzen (@papaya.salad.girl )and Beck Watt (@beckthebartender ), Toronto’s own sweethearts, Nick Benyamen (@nickofnight_ )and Harley Bird (@nyxlock ), and the king of the coast from Halifax, Ashton Manrique-Toledo (@ashton_aurelius ). Come see first-hand what makes us such a threat to the status quo and society’s coolest untouchables.

Presented by Bearface Canadian Whisky @bearface.blake in collaboration with Noa @drink_noa and Giffard @giffardcanada @tj.giffard by @nickofnight_
