With my NicktothePLUS Power Drive Mile Challenge I proved that cardiovascular fitness can be improved without cardiovascular training.

Because I've put my heart and soul into it over the years and love sharing this venue and experience.

I've finished Full Triathlons and done my own endurance challenges, but get more fulfillment in seeing someone finish TXTRI for the first time.
