You were dealt a tough hand in this life, but you saw the light at the end of the tunnel and keep pushing forward. You are so inclusive, respectful, and wise beyond your years. It pains me that our talks are no longer about toys and kid stuff, and more along the lines of deodorant and crushes, but this is life and its looking good ya, pal. Pressure builds diamonds, congrats on your accomplishments. 💎 ✅ 💎

“Last night at Fran’s”
12 1/2” x 17” Acrylic on wood board.

After a lengthy search for a nice dive to marinate in, with intel from a local, we ended up at Fran’s Eastside Tavern for their last night open at their original location. It was a true dive bar, lit soley by christmas and string lights, one pool table, cash only, beer by the bucket, a slice of heaven on earth. The energy and lighting were perfect so I snagged a photo thinking to myself that this might be a good reference for a painting down the line. Here we are almost a year later. S/o Fran’s.
